Let’s West Coast Swing!
Maybe you’ve seen some dance video’s on social media with: “Random partner, random song!”. It might be hard to believe, but it’s true! The core of West Coast Swing is improvisation, based on connection and musicality. Like how Mara and Irène improvised here in their competition!
Would you like to get a taste of West Coast Swing? My partner and I will give an introductory workshop in Nijmegen on November 1st! I want to share West Coast Swing with you because it brings me lots of joy, great people and adventure. Read here why I’m in love with West Coast Swing. I’m sure you’ll want a taste of this!
Introductory workshop
On November 1st you can join an introductory workshop into West Coast Swing in Nijmegen Lent!
Practicalities:
- Walk-in: 13:15-13:30h
- End time: 15:30h
- Costs: €5 to €15, for you to fill in depending on your appreciation and budget
- You can come alone or bring someone along with you. We’ll rotate dance partners during the workshop.
- No dance experience needed! Just the ability to walk is enough. (If not, we might still be able to work something out – contact me!)
- Registration is possible until 24 hours before, or when the maximum capacity has been reached. (14 spots available)

- Please let me know if you registered but unfortunately cannot make it. You might make someone else happy with your spot!
- The precise location in Nijmegen Lent will be shared after registration.
